General

Your online registration and payment denotes your right to attend the PortfolioConstruction Investment Markets Summit ("Summit"), including morning tea, lunch and the networking reception. Once you have registered and paid to attend the Summit, you will receive an automatic email confirming your registration and providing a tax invoice for your records.

All registrations are reviewed by the Publisher and the Publisher reserves the right to accept or refuse any registration. Should the Publisher decide to refuse your registration, a full refund will be given.

The Publisher reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Summit or change any aspect of the Summit including but not limited to the presenters and topics without prior notice.

Cancellations

Should you be unable to attend the Summit for whatever reason, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Alternatively, a full refund less a $85.00 (inc. GST) service charge will be made for cancellations received in writing ( email mail@portfolioconstruction.com.au ) up to 20 January 2009. Regrettably no refunds can be possible for cancellations after 20 January 2009.

Video and audio recording and publishing policy

The Summit may be video and audio recorded. If so, the video recording will be edited and then web-cast to form a library of iTV programs ("Programs"). By your attendance at the Summit, you grant Brillient Investment Publishing Pty Limited ("brillient!") a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free, irrevocable, worldwide licence to do the following in respect of the Program: (a) use, reproduce, publish, adapt, edit, publicly perform, broadcast, transmit or communicate to the public; and, (b) sublicense the rights granted in paragraph (a) above to any third party and you agree that you will not be entitled to any remuneration (whether monetary or otherwise) in respect of exploitation of the Program by brillient! (or any licensee). You also give brillient! (and its licensees) a general consent to do all the aforementioned acts in relation to the Program without infringing your moral rights or any equivalent rights wherever in the world subsisting.

Privacy policy

The information we collect about you will be held by Brillient Investment Publishing Pty Ltd, publishers of PortfolioConstruction Forum. From time to time, Brillient Investment Publishing Pty Ltd may send you news and information about other events or publications unless you notify us in writing that you do not wish us to do so .
